Stripe Fulfillment Policy

Jerrax Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

These policies outline how Jerrax LLC (“Jerrax”) fulfills orders and processes payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe®.

Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions, either herein or through a separate written agreement. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Jerrax LLC. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services.

Fulfillment Policy

At Jerrax, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how services are delivered and the terms under which refunds may be issued. All services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Delivery Policy

Jerrax specializes in digital services including web development, software solutions, and digital marketing. Our services are delivered electronically or via telecommunication based on the scope and timeline defined in your agreement with us.

Refunds

We may offer refunds under the following condition:

  • The service has not been initiated or performed at all during the term of the agreement.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • You received what you ordered but simply changed your mind.
  • You were aware of any issues with the service prior to purchase.
  • You no longer have use for the service or didn’t like the outcome.
  • You failed to report dissatisfaction or issues within 7 days of service delivery.

Return Policy

Since Jerrax only provides digital services, physical returns are not applicable. Refunds may be issued in special circumstances as outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

Once a formal agreement has been signed between the Client and Jerrax, cancellations are not allowed.

Project Abandonment

If the Client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide necessary feedback or participation for a period exceeding thirty (30) days, Jerrax reserves the right to consider the project abandoned. In such cases, any refund due may be reduced to zero, and the Client agrees to forfeit the paid amount as per the original agreement.

Administrative Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.

Complaint Process

If you are dissatisfied with our service and believe you are eligible for a refund, please email [email protected] detailing your concerns. Jerrax LLC will review complaints, and refunds are granted at its discretion.
