Jerrax is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and strategic outreach.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  3. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our company’s products and services.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead-generation campaigns.
  5. Generate and follow up on sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.
  10. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong professional network.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  5. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

  7. Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed.
